Invitation to HLF’s Annual General Meeting 2026
Thank you for supporting HLF in 2024-2025! This year has been a remarkable journey, and we are eager to share the inspiring impact stories you helped bring to life.
We would like to extend a warm invitation to join us for this year’s in-person Annual General Meeting (AGM). Hear how your support helped provide opportunities for students last year, learn about HLF’s plans for the future, and provide your input during the business segment.
Your attendance is also important to ensure that we meet the quorum requirements for our AGM. The AGM is an open meeting to the public, but only people who have donated $100 or more during our Fiscal Year (September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025) are eligible to vote on motions during the AGM.

- 5:00 pm: Reception with light refreshments
- 5:30 pm: Welcome remarks and land acknowledgment
- 5:35 pm: Remarks from guest speakers
- 5:55 pm: Formal part of the meeting with motions & voting
- 6:30 – 7:00 pm: Networking
